Welcome!
Welcome to Tracing Endo: Stories Beyond a Diagnosis.
I’m a patient scholar and public health researcher navigating life after a recent endometriosis diagnosis. For years, dismissal—by providers and myself—felt normal. Now I’m tracing the pattern.
Here, I investigate the medical, social, and structural factors that shape endo experiences, especially for people navigating overlapping marginalization. I document lived expertise as evidence and tell the stories medicine leaves untold. Each month, I share a “Between Cycles” reflection on my own cycle, insights, and what I’m learning.
This is a safe space for newly diagnosed people, those years into their endo journey, those who suspect they have endo, and anyone wanting to learn more about what equitable endo care should look like.
I invite you to trace endo with me. Through personal narrative, evidence-based analysis, and community conversation, I’m working to shift how we understand and respond to endometriosis.

i’m tuned in!!!
I'm excited to be a part of this!!
